Bojack Lab Talk to us

An AI lab for businesses that run on operations.

Bojack builds software and AI tools for lenders, loan and insurance distributors, supply chain and manufacturing teams. Our first product, Bankse, helps distributors collect every rupee their banks and insurers owe them. The lab also takes on custom work.

Led by Sahil Singh. No pitch deck, no junior team.

Bankse

Our first product.

Every rupee banks owe a distributor, collected. Large distributors work with hundreds of banks, NBFCs and insurers, each with its own rate card and statement format. Commission is checked by hand, months after the loan is disbursed. Bankse replaces the spreadsheets.

Know

Calculates the commission due on every loan the day it is disbursed.

Resolve

Groups shortfalls by cause, so one decision settles hundreds of loans.

Manage

One page per partner: money owed, open issues, agreements and contacts.

Five ways commission goes uncollected. Agents complain when a distributor underpays them. Banks never flag their own underpayments.

Underpaid. Paid below the agreed rate or slab.

Missing. Loans left out of the partner's statement.

Unbilled. Slab bonuses and contests never claimed.

Tax held. GST and TDS stuck in filings.

Lapsed. Expired agreements, unenforceable rates.

How the lab works

Sahil Singh

Founder-led

Sahil Singh leads every project himself, from the first call to handover. Background in lending, used-car finance, BFSI distribution and analytics, built from inside Indian lending.

An agent bench

AI agents do the repetitive build, test and analysis work, under the founder's review. That is how a small lab ships at the pace of a larger one.

Specialists, per project

Design, data and domain specialists join when a project needs them, and are named in the project proposal.

A practitioner network

Sahil is an IIT Kanpur alumnus with contacts across operations, finance and engineering teams. Where it helps, he introduces you to people who have solved your problem before.

Custom work

Beyond Bankse, the lab builds working AI tools for operations teams. Typical jobs:

  • Matching payout or settlement statements against what you billed, and listing the gaps in rupees.
  • Reading invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes into your system without retyping.
  • Chasing late shipments, collections and follow-ups, and logging what happened.
  • Answering repeat customer and partner questions from your own documents.
  • Turning weekly reports built by hand into ones that build themselves.

How a project runs. First, a fixed-price workflow audit: 90 minutes on how the work happens today, then a written note on where the hours and rupees go. Then a small pilot on the task with the clearest payoff. Finally, a build and a handover, so you don't depend on us.

Talk to us

Twenty minutes. Tell us where the work piles up, and we'll say honestly whether it is worth fixing.
